opening krusader file manager with shortcut key in KDE4

KMenu > Computer> System Settings
Click on Input Actions.
Right-click in the "Name" area choose New>Global Shortcut>Command/URL
In the "Trigger" Tab assign your keyboard shortcut (in my case F12)
In the "Action" tab assign "krusader" and Apply
